Business members need to provide basic business information like company name, address and a Valid GSTIN or PAN or Any other business license. Apart from this the owner contact details are required.

We encourage you to visit our stores to explore our full range of merchandise and place your order. However, you can also conveniently order products from your mobile phone using our user-friendly app.

Business members will have a dedicated account manager to assist with orders, and our call center is available for any additional support you may need.

Who will cover the guarantee and warranty of the product?

The manufacturer will cover the guarantee and warranty of the product. For detailed conditions related to warranty, However, you can get in touch with our customer service desk or call center to help you in-case you face any issues.

Will you have a minimum order quantity for placing an order?

Most products can be ordered individually. However, for certain items, a minimum order quantity will be specified in the product details.

Will I be able to cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before dispatch. Any order once dispatched, cannot be cancelled.

Will you take returns and do replacements?

Yes, we offer Returns and Replacement as per our returns policy which you will be able to view before ordering any product.

What are the charges for delivery?

There is a delivery charge of minimum Rs.250 per invoice. Based on the location, type of product and order value, the actual delivery charge will be calculated and displayed on cart page before you place order.

How will I know about delivery dates?

Expected delivery dates will be shown on the cart page before you place your order. You will receive an SMS notification on the day of delivery.
