Business members need to provide basic business information like company name, address and a Valid GSTIN or PAN or Any other business license. Apart from this the owner contact details are required.

We recommend that you visit our stores to see the full merchandise and order the products from there. However, you will be able to order the products from your mobile phone using our user friendly app.

Business members will also have a dedicated account manager who will help in ordering on their behalf. Finally, you will be able to call our call center in case you need further help.

The manufacturer will cover the guarantee and warranty of the product. For detailed conditions related to warranty, However, you will have our customer service desk and call center to help you in-case you face any issues.

For most products the order will be placed in single quantities. However, for some products the minimum order quantity will be mentioned along with product details.

Yes, you can cancel your order before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, then the order cannot be cancelled.

Yes, we will be taking returns and offer replacement as per our returns policy which you will be able to view before ordering any product.

Based on the location, type of product and order value, the delivery charge will be calculated and displayed on cart page before you place order. There is a delivery charge of minimum Rs.250 per invoice.

Expected delivery dates will be displayed on cart page before you place order. On the date of delivery, you will be notified by SMS message.
